How to Order

Orders are accepted on our website. To prevent trouble, we cannot accept orders over the phone.

Please note that orders placed after 15:00, orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, and special holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Duty/Tax

In international transactions, the goods ordered by the customer may be subject to VAT , customs duty and consumption tax at the time of importation.

We ship DDU* for all international transactions. Therefore, no charges such as VAT , customs duty, consumption tax or unforeseen special charges or brokerage fees are charged at the time of payment for the goods.

If the customer is required to pay these additional charges to collect the goods from customs, they must be paid. Please contact your local customs office if you need further information regarding the importation of goods.

Shipping Policy

Regarding the products ordered by customers, we usually ship within 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, for products that are in stock. Please note that it may take some time depending on the stock status. If the shipment is delayed, we will contact you by email.

The products you ordered will be shipped to the address specified by you by EMS (International Express Mail) of Japan Post. However, depending on the country or region where the customer resides, or the weight or size of the ordered product, the shipment may be transferred to other methods.

It will be delivered to the customer in about two weeks. However, it may take up to 4 weeks depending on the weather, time of year, postal conditions, and other various reasons. The delivery slip number will be sent to the customer's e-mail at the time of shipment. You can check the delivery status by yourself from the Japan Post tracking site below.

We have taken great care in packaging, but due to unforeseen circumstances, damage may occur. In the unlikely event that there is an abnormality in the packaging at the time of delivery, please have the delivery staff refuse to accept the package and have the contents checked for damage in the presence of the local postal delivery company. Please.

Refund Policy

Please choose your products carefully. We generally do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind or make the wrong decision. If the product is defective, is incorrectly described, does not match the product purchased on the website, or does not function properly, you will have the option of a refund, replacement or credit. Also, there are no refunds for items damaged during shipping. In that case, you will need to file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Return/Exchange

In international transactions, if there is damage or defect caused by us, or if the ordered product and the delivered product are different, we will process the exchange according to the following policy. However, please note that if the same item you ordered is already out of stock, we may be forced to offer you a refund or an exchange.

1. Within 30 days after delivery of the product to the customer, contact our customer support center and explain the details of the customer's order and the status of the damage, defect, and product difference.

2. Prepare the invoice as proof that the product was purchased from us, and fill out the return/exchange form specified by us.

3. Damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent items must be returned in their original packaging to the location designated by us, or handled according to instructions from our customer support center staff.

Please note that in international transactions, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer's convenience.

Also, please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.

・Products sold by cutting, such as cloth and blades ・Products that have been individually packaged ・Products that have been used once ・Products that have been damaged or soiled by the customer , Sewn or processed products ・Products with dirt or scratches on the back but not on the surface ・Products sold in quantities that take into account defects (scratches, stains, etc.) in cut fabric ・Colors depending on the lot, Returns due to differences in texture/Returns due to customer reasons such as no longer needed, wrong order, etc.

*Returns and exchanges are limited to products purchased on this site.
*Cancellation or refusal to receive the ordered product is not possible after the product has been shipped.
